Headquartered in Sugar Land, Texas, CVR Refining is an independent downstream energy
limited partnership formed by CVR Energy, Inc., to own, operate and grow our refining and
related logistics businesses. CVR Refining, LP is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under
the ticker symbol “CVRR.”
CVR Refining’s petroleum business includes a 115,000 barrel per day oil refinery operated
by Coffeyville Resources Refining & Marketing in Coffeyville, Kan., a 70,000 barrel per
day refinery operated by Wynnewood Refining Company in Wynnewood, Okla., pipelines to
transport our products and a crude oil gathering system serving Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri,
Nebraska and Texas.
